At first, ask his name, and talk politely, as if you're not afraid of him. And, in the conversation, keep mentioning his name when talking to him. Actually there're still a lot of tips, but can't mention it one by one here.. The more you're afraid of him, the worse it'll become, such a rubbish police.. phew... OMG…!!! WTF!!!
